Encomendas:

• All orders must be made via  email;
• We consider an order confirmed after payment of a deposit to combine;

Deliveries & Assembly:

• As much as possible, we'd like to personally deliver and assemble the Tipis we sell. In this case the travel costs will be the customer's expense.
• When we can't come personally, in use of a courier that delivers the new tipi to your door, the customer will be charged for the courier expenses.
